ARABIAN HALA was established with 27 vehicles in 1977, in Riyadh, Central Province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The head office of the company is strategically located in the Diplomatic Quarter, in Riyadh.

The Company, Headquartered in Riyadh, was founded in the year 1977 by a Saudi entrepreneur, Suleiman Abdurahman Al-Saleh as a Rent-A-Car company. Nowadays its activities range from Kingdom wide Mail Order Services to distribution and transportation, including leasing, limousine, Operating and Maintenance Services, in addition to Express Distribution and logistics consultation.

It is a tribute to its founders that Arabian Hala Company has attained its current high ranking status without any direct affiliation with worldwide companies.

In June 1993, Hala took over AVIS operations in Saudi Arabia, opening the country's borders to the world's largest Rent-A-Car company. AVIS currently has outlets in over 160 countries.

HALA EXPRESS, was created in June 1994. It offers its Clientele speed, Security, peace of mind and reasonable prices for shipments without any limit in size or weight. A breakthrough in local express distribution.

In 1985, Arabian Hala Company Ltd. was appointed as the exclusive agent for FREEMANS of LONDON in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It operates the database of more than 90,000 names and it is the leading mail order catalogue operation and distribution within the Kingdom.

HALA SUPPLY CHAIN SERVICE is the newest division created in 2003. its sole creation was to fulfill current customers needs when it comes to warehousing distribution solutions. it also provides consultation on all logistical and supply chain issues.

The company is totally Saudi owned and managed with a paid up capital of SR 10.000.000. To honor its commitments, Hala has recruited and employed a highly qualified competent team; some of the staff have undergone on the job training, others were sponsored by European and American firms to attend courses and seminars on the developments of their respective fields, all of which conform to international standards in management, technology, performance and services.
